Returns & Exchanges

At Amazon, we strive to ensure your groceries and gourmet items arrive in perfect condition, offering a 30-day window for returns on most non-perishable food products. Due to safety regulations, perishable items cannot be returned but may be eligible for a refund or replacement if they arrive damaged or spoiled.

Return Process

  • 1.
    Initiate Your Return

Visit 'Your Orders' in your Amazon account, select the food item you wish to return, and click the 'Return or Replace Items' button.

  • 2.
    Select Reason

Choose the specific reason for your return from the dropdown menu, such as 'Damaged during shipping' or 'Item expired,' and provide additional details if necessary.

  • 3.

Download and print your prepaid return mailing label, then securely pack the non-perishable item in its original packaging to prevent further damage.

  • 4.
    Drop Off Package

Take your package to a designated drop-off location, such as a UPS store or Amazon Locker, and wait for your refund to be processed once the item is received.
